Case Study: AI Tools for Army Special Forces

Project Background: As part of my role at Iron EagleX, I had the opportunity to work with the US Army Special Operations Command's AI Division. I served as the UX and Product Strategy lead on a team of soldiers and civilians, contributing product designs and strategic guidance to AI-driven apps used by Special Forces soldiers.

Goals Achieved

  • End-to-end design and strategic planning for 5+ products in a startup environment

  • Balance between user-communicated needs and military leadership goals

  • Collaborated with client to refine strategic direction for each new product, create go-to-market strategy for potential users

Case Study: Cross-Functional Team Leadership

Project Background: During my time at Valtech, I worked with the communications team at Baystate Health to lead an end-to-end redesign of their organization's website. As the Product Design lead, I defined the client's long-term digital strategy, managed junior designers, and collaborated with cross-functional team leads to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Goals Achieved

  • User-driven digital experience which met the needs of target audiences while balancing unique client business case

  • Enhanced client's competitiveness and patient pool in their local market

  • Developed long-term strategic roadmap, leading to adoption of 2 additional contracts by client
